Group plans new office building in Woodlands

Technology Land Investments, L.P. has purchased a 3.8-acre site on Technology Forest Drive in The Woodlands for construction of a 50,000-square-foot professional/office building, according to Dan Leverett, vice president of commercial for The Woodlands Development Co.
The building is scheduled to be available later this year or early in 2011, according to leasing agent Jeff Beard of The J. Beard Real Estate Company, L.P.
