Hasta la vista, Mariachi's?
Rumor: Mariachi's, a new concept from the folks that brought us the Rico's Mexican restaurants, has said adios" to Indian Springs.
Reality: After a mere six months, the Mariachi's restaurant in Indian Springs shopping center is no more. Fear not fellow foodies, for even though the name has changed, the taste's the same. Taking the place of Mariachi's upscale" cloth-covered tables is a familiar friend, the newest location of the popular and successful authentic Mexican restaurant, Rico's Grill.
The Indian Springs site is the fourth Woodlands venture for the Rico's chain, joining sister restaurants Rico's Hacienda in Alden Bridge, Caf Rico's on Research Forest, and Rico's Grill on Sawdust. The new location follows the menu, dcor, and ambience of its predecessors, but also offers a larger banquet room to accommodate up to 40 guests for private dining.
