Anadarko buys its Woodlands campus

Anadarko Petroleum has purchased its headquarters building in The Woodlands for $215 million rather than renewing its lease again. The independent oil and gas company actually bought the entire campus: A 30-story building, a midrise on Timberloch and a parking garage, according to spokesman John Christiansen.
