College Park grad Myres contributes to Schreiner victory
The Woodlands College Park High School graduate AJ Myres scored 14 points in Schreiner University's 65-54 home win over conference rival Texas Lutheran Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Edington Gymnasium in Kerrville, the Schreiner website reported.
Myres also recorded two rebounds, two assists and a steal for the Mountaineers, who improved to 10-9 on the season and 7-6 in the American Southwest Conference.
Schreiner's next game is 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24 on the road against Hardin-Simmons.
Myres, a 5-foot-10 junior guard for Schreiner University, is a 2010 graduate of College Park High School. He is a native of The Woodlands.
