The The Woodlands Board of Directors will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23.
According to the published agenda, the following new business is scheduled for discussion:
1. Recognition of public officials
2. Introduction of new Montgomery County Commissioner Precinct 3
3. Recognition of volunteers
4. Presentation of 2012 Summary of Accomplishments
