Conroe Independent Western Art Show winners

The Conroe Independent Western Art Show, which was sponsored by the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Association, featured 650 art pieces by students in the school district.

The winners for the Best of Show were Madison Chamberlain, a freshman at The Woodlands High School.

The Gold Medal award winners were Katie Wolfe, of The Woodlands High School; Maria Navarro, from the freshman campus of The Woodlands High School; Claire Zhang, of McCullough Junior High School; and Wilfred Guidry, of Reaves Elementary School.

Special Merit Award winners include Justin Dring, of The Woodlands College Park High School; Alyssa Drew, of The Woodlands High School; Logan Parmeter, of The Woodlands High School; Hannah Austin, of The Woodlands High School; and Ashley Dotson, of The Woodlands High School.
