Sales roundup for Magnolia, week ending Dec. 9

There were 18 sales in Magnolia for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 40026 Eureka Road. Joseph B. Keen and Cheryl June Keen sold the home to Michael Grosiak on Friday, Dec. 7.
