Sales roundup for Conroe, week ending Dec. 9

There were 27 sales in Conroe for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1003 Holly Drive. Fred Louis Sonnier Jr. sold the home to Philip Kozelski and Julie Kozelski on Friday, Dec. 7.
