Collins Intermediate School collects food, toys for Interfaith of The Woodlands

Collins Intermediate School hosted a toy and food drive for Interfaith of The Woodlands.

According to a press release issued Thursday, Dec. 27, "Students at Collins Intermediate School participated in a month long toy and food drive to benefit Interfaith of The Woodlands. Large baskets were placed in the school hallways and students were encouraged to bring in an unwrapped toy or food item. Members of the Collins Intermediate Student Council then delivered the baskets to Interfaith."

"We are very proud of our students here at Collins. They are always seeking ways to help members of our community, whether it be food drives, toy drives or scholarships, our children are great examples of what it takes to be good leaders," said Norma Nardone, principal, according to the release.

Collins Intermediate School is at 6020 Shadowbend Place, The Woodlands.
