NFL player inspires Legacy Prep star
A: When I was 5, but I started playing football when I was 12 and basketball when I was 9.
Q: If you could “phone a friend” with a famous athlete during one of your games, who would it be and why?
A: Dwight Freeney. I’d like to ask him how he gets through the offensive line.
Q: What has your role in sports taught you about yourself?
A: It has taught me to reach down deep to find the energy for one more play to help the team.
Q: How do you think the lessons you have learned in sports will carry over to life?
A: Always pursue the right thing. Never give up.
Q: What three items can you absolutely not live without?
A: Hamburgers, soft drinks and my iPod.
