The Woodlands Development Standards Committee to meet Dec. 19
The Woodlands Development Standards Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19.
According to a meeting agenda, the committee will address a number of variance requests The Woodlands, including a proposed patio cover that would extend beyond the rear 30-foot building setback at 163 E. Bracebridge Circle.
Other variance requests include a proposed fireplace that would encroach into the side building setback at 66 Vintage Path Place; a proposed storage shed that would exceed the maximum floor area allowed at 55 Hearthwick Place; a proposed retaining wall that would not respect the rear 10-foot easment at 43 Hermit Thrush Place; and the request for a proposed storage shed that encroaches into the easement and exceeds the maximum height of 7 feet for a plastic shed at 54 Prosewood Drive.
The board will also address an item categorized as consideration and action regarding conditions of approval for a pool previously acted upon by the Development Review Committee that required the pool to be stepped down. The pool would be located at 47 Spincaster Drive.
