Sales roundup for The Woodlands, week ending Nov. 11
There were 26 sales in The Woodlands for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 11 Shooting Star Place. Douglas Earl Obenhaus Jr. and Haddley Erin Obenhaus sold the home to Robert William Temple Jr. and Virginia Birch Temple on Friday, Nov. 9.
Built in 1991, the 3,227-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is in the Village of Cochran's Crossing neighborhood, in the Village of Cochran's Crossing subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 38 N. Rushwing Circle to Danny J. McCarty and Judy L. McCarty and the sale of 7 Millay Court to Simon Paul Hodge and Annegret Hodge.
The Village of Sterling Ridge neighborhood had the most sales in the area with 10, followed by Village of Indian Springs with four and Village of Alden Bridge with three.
Sales volume was 62.5 percent higher than the previous week and 8.3 percent higher than the same week in 2011.
The Woodlands has averaged 29 sales per week during the last 12 months.
