AJ Myres, Schreiner University

About Myres: Myres, a 5-foot-10 junior at Schreiner University, is a 2010 graduate of College Park High School. He is a native of The Woodlands.

Grant Clark, Schreiner University
Position: Forward
High school: The Woodlands High School
This week: Friday, Dec. 14, versus LeTourneau University
About Clark: Clark is a junior basketball player for Schreiner University. He is a 2010 graduate of The Woodlands High School. Clark is from The Woodlands.

Evan Cooper, University of Hartford
High School: College Park High School

About Cooper: Cooper is a freshman guard for the University of Hartford. He is a 2012 graduate of College Park High School in The Woodlands where he was named The Courier's All-Montgomery County Player of the Year, and also earned the District 14-5A Most Valuable Player award and was named First Team All-District 14-4A. The international studies major is from Houston.

Wes Cole, University of Hartford

About Cole: Cole is a sophomore guard for the University of Hartford. He is a 2011 graduate of The Woodlands High School, where he was a first team 14-5A All-District selection as a junior and senior. He was Montgomery County offensive MVP as a senior, and also a Texas Association of Basketball Coaches All-Region and All-State honoree that season, when he scored 1,276 points. The insurance, finance major is from The Woodlands.

David Bender, Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Position: Forward
High School: College Park High School
This week: Thursday, Dec. 13, at Bridgewater State University
About Bender: Bender is a sophomore forward for Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a 2011 graduate of College Park High School in The Woodlands. The chemical engineering and materials science and engineering major is from The Woodlands and is the son of William and Sophie Bender.
