Interfaith of The Woodlands is seeking donors and sponsors for three holiday programs this December.

Each year, Interfaith holds the Adopt-A-Family and Gifts for Seniors programs, as well as the Interfaith Toy Drive.

Individuals or local businesses and organizations can sponsor a family in Interfaith's network as part of the Adopt-A-Family program or a local elderly citizen who is alone or in need during the Holiday season through the Gifts for Seniors program. Sponsors provide specific gifts.

"More than ever before, we are seeing many families and seniors coming to Interfaith for assistance," said Dr. Ann Snyder, president and CEO of Interfaith of the Woodlands, according to a press release. "More than 20 families and 175 seniors are still in need of adoption."

For more information about participating in the Adopt-A-Family program, call Robert Reyes at 832-615-8229. For more information about the Gift for Seniors program, call Amanda Badnek at 832-615-8224. All donations are due at Interfaith by Saturday, Dec. 8.

Interfaith is also seeking toy donations for its annual Interfaith Toy Drive. The organization donates new toys for hundreds of local families each year. Toys can be donated at Interfaith, 4242 Interfaith Way, The Woodlands. The deadline for donations is Wednesday, Dec. 12.

Interfaith is a social-services agency that serves families and individuals in need in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. For more information, visit www.woodlandsinterfaith.org.
