Woodlands Mall extends farmers' market into December

The Woodlands Mall will hold the Feast of Artisans Farmers' Market from 4-8 p.m. every Wednesday now through Wednesday, Dec. 19.

According to a press release, mild fall temperatures have extended the area's growing season, and the market will feature area farmers and artisans selling a variety of items, including fruits and vegetables, honey, free-range chicken eggs, meats, baked goods, wines, Indian food, bath sundries, ceramics, filigree sterling silver jewelry and hot sauces.

Featured vendors will include Bravado Spice, Surf Shack Soap, Edmonds Farm, Urban Owl Knittery, Georgia's Farm to Market, Nisha's Quick-n-Ezee Indian Food, Sugar Hill Farm, Theiss Market, The Happy Food Dance Bakery, Jackie's Gourmet, ML Leather, Simple Roots Granola, The Herbal Goat, Urban Revelation, Scents of Soy, Retreat Hill Winery, Olmox and Zipote Ceramics.

The weekly market will be held in the mall's courtyard, located at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive in Houston.
