The Woodlands grad Cooper plays in UNLV loss
The Woodlands High School graduate Perry Cooper made three tackles, but University of Nevada-Las Vegas dropped a 28-23 decision to Wyoming Saturday, Nov. 17 at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas.
UNLV dropped to 2-10 on the season. Its next game is on the road versus Hawaii at 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24.
Cooper, a redshirt sophomore linebacker at UNLV, graduated from The Woodlands High School in 2010. The hospitality management major is a native of The Woodlands and the son of Keith and Lela Cooper.
