Hubbell and Hudson Market to hold December culinary book signings

Established Houstonian foodie and author, Erin Hicks.

Hubbell and Hudson Market will hold two culinary book signings in December.

According to a press release, author Erin Hicks will sign her recent cookbook, "Houston Small Plates and Sips," consisting of numerous dishes from many well-known restaurants in Houston, from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8.

Arthur Meyers will sign his recent cookbook, "The Houston Chef's Table," consisting of diverse cuisines and iconic dishes from restaurants in Bayou City, from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15.

Both books will be available for purchase at each corresponding event and will feature a recipe from Hubbell and Hudson Bistro's executive chef Austin Simmons.

The events are free and open to the public.
