Davis has more than 19 years of experience in real estate. His real estate career began as an assistant to one of Houston's recognized top producers, later moving into the company's marketing department. He then became the on-site agent for a local homebuilder in the Champions area and moved into building materials sales for custom and production builders, where he learned the basics of the construction business. His in-depth understanding of new construction, knowledge of the Houston real estate market, and skilled negotiation abilities have made him the realtor of choice for many in The Woodlands and Greater Houston area.

Davis attended Memorial High School and the University of Houston.
