Houston man arrested at Walmart on charge of shoplifting
The following arrest was reported by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on Sunday, Oct. 14:
A 72-year-old Houston man was arrested by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on a charge of theft in 3040 block of College Park Drive. According to the report, the deputy responded to a shoplifting incident at Walmart, where the suspect attempted to take $479 worth of merchandise. The man was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
