23rd Annual GE Run Thru the Woods Nov. 22
GE is accepting registrations for the 23rd Annual GE Run Thru the Woods, which will take place Thursday, Nov. 22.
Proceeds from the race will benefit youth charities in Montgomery County.
The advance registration deadline is Thursday, Nov. 8. Registration after Nov. 8 includes a $5 late fee.
Awards will be given to the first, secnd and third place finishers, male and female, in each age group and category, including 5-mile, Clydesdale, Athena and Masters divisions and the three-mile teen race. In the one-mile children's race, awards will be distributed to the top four finishers in each age group. Finisher medals will be available to everyone as they cross the finish line in all events. A complimentary pancake breakfast, provided by The Egg and I, will be available for all participants this year.
The race, set to start at 7:45 a.m., will be held at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, 2005 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands.
