Sales roundup for The Woodlands, week ending Oct. 7

There were 33 sales in The Woodlands for the week ending Oct. 7, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 42 E. Ambassador Bend. Robinson Property and Holdings LLC sold the home to Leslie Anne Jones Scrushy on Oct. 7.

Built in 2007, the 5,585-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-bath home is located in the Village of Sterling Ridge neighborhood, in the Village of Sterling Ridge subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 102 E. Bracebridge Circle to Robert J. Dobrik and Mary Louise Dobrik and the sale of 11 Etude Court to Larry D. Littlefield and Isabel Littlefield.

The Village of Sterling Ridge neighborhood had the most sales in the area with 12, followed by Village of Indian Springs with seven and Village of Cochran's Crossing with four.

Sales volume was 8.3 percent lower than the previous week and 25 percent lower than the same week in 2011.

The Woodlands has averaged 37 sales per week during the last 12 months.
