Sales roundup for Magnolia, week ending Oct. 7

There were 14 sales in Magnolia for the week ending Oct. 7, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 28753 Woodsong Trail. Brett E. Van Hoosier and Laura Van Hoosier sold the home to Alexis A. Poutous and Jerry P. Cotton on Oct. 7.
