Darling Homes recognized for Creekside Park in The Woodlands
Darling Homes of Houston was recognized by the Greater Houston Builder's Association (GHBA) as the winner of two of Houston's Best Prism Awards for Creekside Park in The Woodlands.
The builders received the Best Garden Home/Patio Home of the Year and Best Interior Merchandising for a Model Home $500,000 at GHBA's annual Prism Awards Gala 2012, which recognizes the best of homebuilding and real estate industries in Houston.
According to the press release, president of Darling Homes Houston operations Keith Luechtefeld stated, "We are so pleased the judging panel selected Darling Homes as the winner of these two awards. It's great to be recognized for our patio home design, as this is one of our signature products."
Award recipients must offer quality products, exceptional value, have a good community reputation, participate in the GHBA, offer exceptional value and show commitment and excellence to the homebuilding industry as a whole.
Based in Dallas, Darling Homes was founded 25 years ago by three brothers, Bob, Bill and Steve Darling. The company has been ranked No. 12 in the Houston Business Journal's Top 25 largest Houston area homebuilders list.
