Weekly sales roundup for Magnolia, week ending Sept. 30

There were 19 sales in Magnolia for the week ending Sept. 30, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 28613 Champions Drive. Kelly Jimenez, Paul G. Hirsch and Jerre Ann Hirsch sold the home to Addie Property Aquisition LLC and Ehlers Management Inc. on Sunday, Sept. 30. The 5,284-square-foot, 5 1/2 bath home was built in 2005 and is located in the High Meadow Ranch subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 28112 Emerald Oaks to Shawn Elliott and Jacqueline Elliott.
