Weekly sales roundup for Conroe, week ending Sept. 23

There were seven sales in Conroe for the week ending Sunday, Sept. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1712 Summergate Drive. Kelli Kaiser and Kenneth Kaiser sold the home to Amy N. Bryant and Richard Bryant on Sunday, Sept. 23. The 2,974-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 2005 and is in the Summergate subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 735 Talmalge Hall Drive to John David Hanover and Aida T. Hanover and the sale of 745 White Bass Road to Jeannia Lancaster and George W. Turner.
