Weekly sales roundup for Conroe, week ending Sept. 16

There were 35 sales in Conroe for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 13238 Meadow Creek Lane. Carrie L. Semrad sold the home to Paul R. Gonzales on Sunday, Sept. 16. The 2,892-square-foot, four bedroom, two bath home was built in 2001 and is located in the Crighton Ridge subdivision.
