Athlete stakes destiny on touchdowns, faith
Passionate about “football and my relationship with Jesus,” freshman Travis May is an all-around athletic superstar. He says he started playing sports as soon as he could walk and ultimately hopes to find himself one day playing in the NFL. When asked which famous athlete he’d call if he could “phone a friend” during a game, May replied, “Tim Tebow, because he’s a believer, and he’s been in tough situations.”
