Michael Eccles named chef partner at Fleming's

Michael Eccles, right, has been named chef partner for Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar in The Woodlands, joining Shelli Moran, left, operating partner, and her team.

Michael Eccles was recently named chef partner for Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar in The Woodlands.

According to a press release, Eccles will join Shelli Moran, operating partner of the restaurant, and her team.

Eccles, who grew up in New Orleans, has 12 years of experience in the restaurant industry, which includes stints at Ruth's Chris Steak House and Sullivan's Steakhouse. In early 2008, he joined Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, located in The Woodlands Mall at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive, The Woodlands.
