Weekly sales roundup for Magnolia, week ending Sept. 2

There were 14 sales in Magnolia for the week ending Sept. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 8918 Scenic Green Drive. Michelle Wells Collins sold the home to Spencer B. Collins on Sunday, Sept. 2. The 3,836-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3-1/2-bath home was built in 2003 and is located in the Lake Windcrest subdivision.
