Weekly sales roundup for Shenandoah, week ending Sept. 2

There were four sales in Shenandoah for the week ending Sept. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 200 Silverwood Ranch Drive. Mary Susan Wolf sold the home to Gregory S. Caesar and Linda D. Vu on Sunday, Sept. 2. The 3,264-square-foot, 2-1/2-bath home was built in 2007 and is located in the Silverwood Ranch subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 124 Silverstone Lane to Myles M. Matherne and Ashley A. Matherne and the sale of 503 Shenandoah Drive to Lee Caughlin Tenney.

Sales volume was 33.3 percent higher than the previous week and 100 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Shenandoah has averaged fewer than one sale per week during the last 12 months.
