Weekly sales roundup for Conroe, week ending Sept. 2

There were 30 sales in Conroe for the week ending Sept. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

 One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 13222 Stonecrest Lane. Thomas R. Matzel and Dana F. Matzel sold the home to Aultis F. Webb Jr. and Jo Marie Webb on Sunday, Sept. 2. The 4,377-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath home was built in 1998 and is located in the Stonecrest Ranch subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 12305 White Oak Point to Rafael F. Amaya Lopez and the sale of 9651 Lake Conroe Drive to William Gregory Jr. and Jan Gregory.

Sales volume was 25 percent higher than the previous week and 21 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Conroe has averaged 26 sales per week during the last 12 months.
