San Jacinto River Authority administrator to speak Sept. 18
The Woodlands Grass Roots Environmental Education Network announced that Mark Smith, administrator of the San Jacinto River Authority Groundwater Reduction Plan, will speak in the Going Green Sustainability Lecture Series.
Smith will speak at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18 at the South Regional Library.
The Going Green Lecture Series is a program of The Woodlands G.R.E.E.N. in partnership with The Woodlands Township Environmental Services Department.
The South Regional Library is at 2101 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands.
