Humble business blamed for alleged workplace accident in The Woodlands
A window installer is suing a Humble business after, he says, he hurt his back at a job site in The Woodlands.
Steven Nanni filed a lawsuit Aug. 24 in the Harris County District Court against Roger Mullins, doing business in Humble as Clearview USA, citing negligence.
Nanni says on April 6, he suffered serious injuries while installing custom windows, for Clearview, at a Woodlands home located on Lyrebird Drive. According to the brief, Nanni fell as he climbed up a 12-foot ladder, carrying a large window.
The suit alleges the company violated several OSHA standards by failing to staff the job site appropriately and by failing to train and assist staff adequately, among other things.
Nanni is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Gary Patterson.
