Free car seat check, fingerprinting event set for Sept. 8
An event featuring free car seat checks and fingerprinting, hosted by The Woodlands township, will run from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 8 at The Woodlands Target.
Admission is free.
Montgomery County Sheriff's officers and certified technicians will be available to check the installation of car seats. They will also assist in children's fingerprint records. Participants should bring their child, the child's car seat, their vehicle and the owner's manual of the vehicle.
The Woodlands Target is located at 1100 Lake Woodlands Drive.
