Dr. Susan D. Hutchins has been named medical director of hospitalist services at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital.
Hutchins has been a member of the medical staff at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands since 2001.
She earned her M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham hospitals. She is board-certified in internal medicine.
The largest not-for-profit hospital system in Houston, Memorial Hermann Healthcare System consists of 11 hospitals, seven cancer centers, three heart and vascular institutes, and 27 sports medicine and rehabilitation centers, in addition to other outpatient and rehabilitation centers.
