Where are the lowest gas prices in the Woodlands?

Gas prices in and around The Woodlands were lower than the averages for Texas, Houston, and the country as a whole for the week of Aug. 19, according to data from the price-tracking website gasbuddy.com.   Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates for 26 gas stations in and around The Woodlands as of Saturday, Aug. 25. The average price of regular unleaded gas in The Woodlands is $3.51 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.54, Houston average at $3.53, and the nationwide average at $3.73.   The average gas price in The Woodlands last week was $3.50 per gallon.   The least expensive gas in The Woodlands is reported to be $3.42 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas, which gasbuddy.com contributors logged at Murphy USA, 1045 Sawdust Road near Grogans Mill Road; Valero, 3700 FM-1488; Murphy USA, 3042 College Park Drive near IH-45; H-E-B, 10777 Kuykendahl Road; and H-E-B, 3675 FM-1488 near Kuykendahl Road.   Gasbuddy.com users reported the most expensive gas in the area at $3.59, at five gas stations.
