Woodlands Area Chamber announces winners of Chairman's Ball

The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce announced the winners of its 34th annual Chairman's Ball.
The theme for this year's event was The Chamber Goes to Broadway Baby. The ball is held each year at the end of the chamber's fiscal year in August. It honored chairman Ann Snyder and was a way to welcome the new chairman James Stilwell.
The ball included a highly competitive table decorating contest that had guests seated at each table decorate it according to the Broadway theme. Prizes in the competition were given for best use of theme, best use of company logo, best overall decoration, best non-profit, best newcomer and people's choice award. Additional contests were held for male, female and couple costumes.
St. Luke The Woodland's Hospital won best use of theme. Sam Houston State University Academics won for best use of company logo. Move Resource Group won for best overall decoration. Friends of Montgomery County Texas Animal Shelter won for best non-profit. The European Wax Center won for best newcomer. Interfaith of The Woodlands won the people's choice award. Best female costume went to Janet Stilwell. Best male costume to Russell Kalousek. Best group or couple costume went to Alex and Sharon Sutton.
