Where are the lowest gas prices in The Woodlands?

Gas prices in and around The Woodlands were lower compared with the averages for Texas, Houston and the country as a whole for the week of Aug. 12, according to data from the price-tracking website Gasbuddy.com.   Visitors to the Gasbuddy.com website reported rates for 28 gas stations in and around The Woodlands. As of Saturday, Aug. 18, the average price of regular unleaded gas in The Woodlands is $3.50 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.54, Houston average at $3.53, and the nationwide average at $3.71.   The average gas price in The Woodlands last week was $3.47 per gallon.   The least expensive gas price in The Woodlands is reported to be $3.42 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas, which a Gasbuddy.com contributor logged as being available at Murphy USA, 1045 Sawdust Road near Grogans Mill Road.   A Gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas in the area at $3.59, which was being sold at Chevron, 26900 IH-45 N.
