Administrative assistant needed
A part-position for an administrative assistant for the Covenant Administration Department is now open for applicants.
The job will consist of administrative, clerical and business detail functions for the Covenant Administration Department, responds to phone calls with appropriate information or assess requests and directs to appropriate person and review compliance and inspection fees and allocate funds to the appropriate accounts and inputs fee information into a database system.
Other duties include preparation of mail information packets regarding applications, receive applications for improvement from office visitors to the office and study for accuracy, compliance and completeness and maintain a supply inventory. Also, the individual will perform other secretarial duties as needed, including typing, filing and photocopying.
To qualify, the applicant must possess a high school diploma or general education degree, or GED, under and including one year of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education experience. Applicant must also be proficient in MS Office.
Starting salary for the position is between $12.87 hourly and $16.41 hourly. The position is for a 20-hour work week.
