YMCA to host free diabetes workshop Aug. 23
The South Montgomery County YMCA will host a free diabetes workshop Thursday, Aug. 23.
The event, titled "Diabetes 101 and Basic Carbohydrate Counting," is from 6-7:30 p.m. and is for anyone with diabetes and their caregivers. Led by a Certified Diabetes Educator, it will provide the latest information on diabetes and encouragement for living healthy lives.
The workshop is free, but preregistration is required.
