Montgomery County Sheriff's Office police blotter, Aug. 7

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office reported the following incidents between the early morning hours of July 31 and Aug. 6:   ASSAULT July 31: A 33-year-old man from Willis was arrested and charged with assault at a dwelling on Arrowhead Bend. The man had allegedly punched his brother in the face during an argument.   July 31, 1:44 p.m.: A 30-year-old male Cleveland resident was arrested and charged with assault for allegedly getting into a physical altercation with his girlfriend at a dwelling on Sherwood Drive.   Aug. 1: A man was arrested and charged with assault (family violence), resisting arrest, evading arrest and assaulting a public servant in the 19700 block of State Highway 105 West.   Aug. 2: A 23-year-old male Porter resident was arrested on a charge of assault family violence on Ferne Drive.   Aug. 4: A 27-year-old male Conroe resident was arrested on an assault charge on F.M. 2090.   Aug. 5: A 25-year-old man was arrested on an assault charge on Sanders Cemetery Road.   BURGLARY Aug. 3: Items were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Snug Harbor. The Patrol Division is currently investigating the case.   CRIMINAL MISCHIEF Aug. 5: Criminal mischief resulting in damage to a gate and electronic opener was reported at a residence on Stone Oak Court. The Criminal Investigation Division is currently investigating the case.   DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED Aug. 2, 2:34 a.m.: A 29-year-old female Conroe resident was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated near the intersection of Highway 105 and Carmen.   Aug. 3, 2:23 a.m.: A 25-year-old male Spring resident was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on South Millbend Drive.   Aug. 3, 3:41 a.m.: A 54-year-old male Willis resident was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in the 6900 block of Kingston Cove.   Aug. 4, 9 p.m.: A 36-year-old woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at an undisclosed location.   Aug. 5, 4:40 a.m.: A 34-year-old male Spring resident was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and possessing a controlled substance at an undisclosed location.   DRUGS Aug. 6, 1:14 a.m.: A 20-year-old male Spring resident was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana at the intersection of Woodlands Parkway and Panther Creek.   INTERFERENCE WITH PUBLIC DUTIES Aug. 1: A woman was arrested on a charge of interfering with public duties while allegedly attempting to prevent police officers from arresting her son in the 19700 block of State Highway 105 West.   PUBLIC INTOXICATION Aug. 2, 5:48 a.m.: A male Conroe resident was arrested and charged with public intoxication on Legends Ranch Drive.   Aug. 3, 12:43 a.m.: A male Spring resident was arrested and charged with public intoxication near the intersection of Rayford Road and Richards Road.   THEFT Aug. 1, 1:30 p.m.: A 14-year-old male juvenile was arrested on a shoplifting charge after allegedly attempting to steal items worth an estimated $79.89 from Spencer's at The Woodlands Mall.   Aug. 2, 4:40 p.m.: An 18-year-old female Spring resident was cited for theft after allegedly attempting to steal items worth an estimated $23.71 from H.E.B., located at 9595 Six Pines Drive in The Woodlands.   Aug. 2, 4:40 p.m.: A 23-year-old male Woodlands resident was arrested on a theft charge after allegedly attempting to steal items worth an estimated $23.71 from H.E.B., located at 9595 Six Pines Drive in The Woodlands.   Aug. 4: A 39-year-old female Porter resident was arrested on a theft charge after allegedly attempting to steal items worth an estimated $280 from the Walmart in Porter.   Aug. 5: A 54-year-old female New Caney resident was arrested on a theft charge after allegedly attempting to steal items worth an estimated $177 from the Walmart in Porter.   THREAT Aug. 3: A 29-year-old male New Caney resident was arrested on charges of terroristic threat and parole violation on Lord Drive.   UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT Aug. 5: A 30-year-old man was arrested and charged with unlawful restraint on Lonesome Pine Lane.
