Montgomery County Sheriff's Office blotter, July 23

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office reported the following incidents between the early hours of July 16 and July 23:

ASSAULT
July 20, unspecified time: Police arrested a 51-year-old woman on outstanding warrants of assault and failure to appear after responding to a suspicious person complaint on Deer Lane.  

July 21, unspecified time: Police arrested a 45-year-old man after he allegedly threatened his brother-in-law with a gun in the Decker Hills subdivision.

July 21, unspecified time: Police arrested a woman on charges of assault and public intoxication on Mohawk Drive.

July 22, 9:40 p.m.: Police arrested a Willis man, 55, after he allegedly grabbed his girlfriend and pushed her into a kitchen counter at a residence on Glenmar.

July 23, unspecified time: Police arrested a Conroe man, 44, after he allegedly assaulted a woman and then stopped her from calling police on Stone Crest Drive.

BURGLARY
July 19, unspecified time: An unknown suspect reportedly burglarized a vehicle in the 12000 block of Melville Drive.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
July 18, 6:35 a.m.: Police arrested three Conroe teens, ages 13, 15 and 16, after they allegedly threw rocks at a vehicle near FM 2432 and Nursery Road.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
July 16, 12:21 a.m.: Police arrested a Conroe man, 25, on a charge of driving while intoxicated and two outstanding misdemeanor warrants on Bert Brown Road.

July 16, 2:47 a.m.: Police arrested a man from The Woodlands, age undisclosed, after allegedly finding him intoxicated in a vehicle in the 25000 block of Borough Park.

July 19, unspecified time: Police arrested a New Caney man, 32, on a charge of driving while intoxicated near Loop 494 at Kingwood Drive.

July 18, 1:30 a.m.: Police arrested a Woodlands man, 19, on a charge of driving while intoxicated on Gosling Road.

July 20, unspecified time: Police arrested a Kingwood man, 26, on a charge of driving while intoxicated on Highway 59.

July 20, 2:50 a.m.: Police arrested a Houston man, age undisclosed, on charges of driving while intoxicated and marijuana possession at an unspecified location.

July 21, 1:50 a.m.: Police arrested a Spring man, 31, on a charge of driving while intoxicated on I-45 south of Woodlands Parkway.

July 24, 2:55 a.m.: Police arrested a Spring woman, 53, on a charge of driving while intoxicated on Woodlands Parkway.

July 21, 7:55 p.m.: Police arrested a Cleveland man, 48, on a motion to revoke a driving while intoxicated probation warrant at a residence on Greenwood Drive.

July 21, 11:40 p.m.: Police arrested a Spring woman, age undisclosed, on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 16000 block of I-45.

July 22, 7:35 p.m.: Police arrested a Conroe woman, 22, on a charge of driving while intoxicated after she allegedly crashed into a ditch in the 1200 block of FM 1485.

DRUGS
July 18, time unspecified: Police arrested a New Caney man, 30, after allegedly finding a small amount of methamphetamine in his backpack at a home in Oak Hill.

July 20, unspecified time: Police arrested an 18-year-old man on a felony warrant for aggravated assault and possession of a controlled substance after responding to a suspicious person report in the 31000 block of Deer Lane.     

July 21, 3:41 p.m.: Police arrested a New Waverly man, 36, on a possession of marijuana charge near I-45 and Danville Road.

July 23, unspecified time: Police arrested a Spring woman, 26, after allegedly finding a small amount of methamphetamine during a traffic stop in the Kings Manor subdivision.  

PUBLIC INTOXICATION
July 17, 11:30 p.m.: Police arrested two Conroe residents, a 21-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman, after allegedly finding them drunk in the roadway near East Williams and Doty.

July 18, unspecified time: Police arrested a 49-year-old woman on a public intoxication charge near Roberts Cemetery Road and Nichols Sawmill.

July 20, 1:05 a.m.: Police arrested a California man, age undisclosed, on a public intoxication charge near I-45 and Sawdust Road.

THEFT
July 18, unspecified time: Unknown suspects reportedly stole two vehicles from the 14500 block of SH 105 West.

July 18, 1:35 p.m.: Police arrested a Conroe girl, 15, on a shoplifting charge in the 1200 block of Lake Woodlands Drive.

July 19, 4:25 p.m.: Police arrested three girls, ages 11, 14 and 15, on shoplifting charges in the 1200 block of Lake Woodlands Drive.

July 19, 5:45 p.m.: Police arrested a Spring woman, 35, on a shoplifting charge in the 1200 block of Lake Woodlands Drive.

July 19, 8:33 p.m.: Police arrested a Tomball woman, 27, on a theft charge after she allegedly stole a laptop computer from the 500 block of Lake Woodlands.

July 21, 8:08 p.m.: Police arrested a Tyler woman, 41, on a theft check warrant at a residence on Greenwood Drive.

July 23, unspecified time: Police arrested a Porter woman, 25, on a theft charge after she allegedly attempted to steal $86 worth of goods from Walmart.

TRESPASS
July 21, unspecified time: Police arrested a 43-year-old man after responding to a trespassing complaint on Brushy Pines.
