Entergy Texas donates $5,000 to Interfaith Pantry
Entergy Texas continued its support of Interfaith Pantry by making a $5,000 contribution to help further the programs and services of Interfaith of The Woodlands.
"We deeply appreciate the continued support and assistance we receive from Entergy Texas and this donation will help us reach even more families and individuals in need as our service area continues to grow," said Interfaith President and CEO Ann Snyder in a press release.
The contributions were made through Entergy's Corporate Citizenship Program during a special grant reception held at Entergy's corporate headquarters June 26.
"Investing in our communities means more than providing electricity — it also means helping our community accomplish the goals they have for their home towns," Terry Allemand, Entergy Texas' regional customer service manager, said during the presentation.
Interfaith of The Woodlands is a nonprofit social service agency providing numerous programs and services to meet the needs of The Woodlands and the surrounding area.
