Gas prices in and around The Woodlands were lower compared to the averages for Texas, Houston and the country as a whole for the week of July 15, according to data from the price tracking website gasbuddy.com.
Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates for 26 gas stations in and around The Woodlands. As of Saturday, July 21, the average price of regular unleaded gas in The Woodlands is $3.29 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.32, Houston average at $3.32 and the nationwide average at $3.49.
The average gas price in The Woodlands last week was $3.21 per gallon.
The least expensive gas price in The Woodlands is reported to be $3.19 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas, which a gasbuddy.com contributor logged as being available at Conoco, 16058 Bridlewood Drive.
A gasbuddy.com users reported the most expensive gas price in the area at $3.39, which was being sold at Chevron, 19153 IH 45.
