Stephen McKillop has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 26 Monet Bend Place in The Woodlands for $475,000.

McKillop acquired the property in March 2009. The 3,345-square-foot home was built in 2003 in the Village of Sterling Ridge. Stephen Dempsey is the listing agent.

McKillop has served as vice president of engineering at Waller Marine Inc., a Houston-based provider of services to the marine and offshore oil and gas industries.
