The estate of Ray Springfield and Billie Springfield has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 27207 Blueberry Hill Drive in Oak Ridge North for $369,900.
The 2,900-square-foot home was built in 2002 in the Blueberry Hill Estates subdivision. Sandy Whitmore of Coldwell Banker United Realtors is the listing agent.
Ray Springfield was an entrepreneur and the founder of Sparkle Wash Corp., a pressure washing company. He was also the owner of Springfield-Robinson Dodge, a Dodge dealership in South Texas.
He attended Kilgore Junior College and earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Houston.
He passed away on Aug. 25.
