Logistics advisor lists 4BD in The Woodlands

James P. Shettig and Micaela D. Shettig have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 10 Wind Trace Court in The Woodlands for $375,000.

The Shettigs acquired the property in May 2005. The 3,028-square-foot home was built in the Village of Panther Creek in 1983. Michael Seder of Re/Max The Woodlands and Spring is the listing agent.

James Shettig is a senior logistics advisor at Chevron. He joined Chevron from Crowley, where he served as vice president of the East Coast and Gulf contract services business.

He holds a B.S. in marine transportation from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
