Lance K. McLeod and Suzanne M. McLeod have relisted a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2010 Kasey Springs Lane in Spring for $445,000.

The McLeods originally listed the home with Mike Seder of Re/Max The Woodlands and Spring for $460,000 in October 2011. They took the home off the market and relisted it at the existing price on July 25. Michael Seder of Re/Max The Woodlands and Spring is still the listing agent.

The 4,333-square-foot home was built in 2007 in the Spring Trails subdivision.

Lance McLeod is a senior project manager at Brown & Gay Engineers Inc., a provider of civil engineering and surveying services for municipal, drainage, transportation, traffic, and land and site development projects throughout Texas.
