Alan Guggenheim has relisted a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 29911 Aldine Westfield Road in Spring for $475,000.

Guggenheim originally listed the home for $495,000 in May. He took the home off the market and relisted it at the existing price on Aug. 29. Michael Seder of Re/Max The Woodlands and Spring is still the listing agent. The 5,390-square-foot home was built in 2006 in the Estates of Legends Ranch subdivision.

Guggenheim is the chairman and CEO of CIS Inc. and of Sensible Care Holdings.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,079 home sales in Spring during the past 12 months.
