Vince M. Buffa and Polino Buffa have listed for sale a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 207 N. Tranquil Path Drive in The Woodlands for $999,999.

The Buffas acquired the property in July 2009. The 5,596-square-foot home was built in 2008 in the Village of Grogan's Mill. Michael Seder of Re/Max The Woodlands and Spring is the listing agent.

Vince Buffa is the president at Data Device Corp., a supplier of data networking solutions. He previously served as president at Crane Energy Flow Solutions and at Crane Pumps and Systems. Prior to that, he was the president of the aerospace group at Rexnord. He has also held senior level positions at Honeywell and at Smiths Aerospace.

He holds an M.B.A. in finance from Hofstra University and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Manhattan College.
